How do you ensure the freshness of the roses?
Our roses are cut-to-order directly at our boutique farms and shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in peak condition.
When will my order be delivered?
During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date. We typically offer Tuesday through Friday deliveries to ensure the shortest possible transit time for your flowers.
Do the roses arrive in full bloom?
To maximize their vase life, we ship our roses in bud form. They will begin to open beautifully within 24 to 48 hours after being placed in water and receiving proper care.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
Since flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if your roses arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo for a replacement or store credit.
How should I care for my roses once they arrive?
Trim the stems at a 45-degree angle, remove any foliage that falls below the water line, and place them in a clean vase with fresh water and the included flower food.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift?
Yes, you can add a custom gift message during the checkout process, which will be printed on a high-quality card and included with your floral arrangement.
